Hello Erik,

the work is going on. Although our web page is not up to date as it was at the beginning, the people in Ban Bangsak are going on working. Our project is not finished yet, but I had to come back to Bangkok due to some University exams.

The Bangkok University International College is helping me a lot, but priorities must be set. So at the moment I am not down under and that is one reason why releases are so seldom. But we are working on it. So during the last few days we did build further si homes, which will be finished until the end of this month.

The raining season is also showing its power and did set our area under water. The kids like it, but the people are damned to stay in their homes.

And when the rain has stop for few days it is possible again to play soccer. The kids here in Ban Bangsak are preparing for the 2006 World Championships in Germany:

And on the weekends the people are washing their bicycles, the small ones and the big ones.

By the way we did build a store room now, which makes it for us easier to be in control of the equipment.

And another highlight for the villagers was the over handing of TV’s to them. Especially, the situation that the people are still sensitive about tsunami news did make them feel more comfortable when receiving the TV.

Mr. Somchai and the kids are almost finished with the home signs and their donators. He and the people said that they feel proud to have such a sign in front of their homes.
